  • Attend training provider on designated days and ensure that apprenticeship documentation is to the best possible standard against the relevant deadlines
  • Interpret technical drawings and execute to tasks
  • Apply learnings to tasks allocated
  • Fabricate and assemble hardware / tooling as needed as per experience allows
  • Hands on operations with both large and small fragile assemblies
  • Use various equipment and mechanical tools
  • Assist with the operate and maintain hardware
  • Follow good manufacturing practice whilst providing ongoing maintenance and organization of toolroom equipment
  • Supporting other manufacturing tasks as dictated by the needs of the business
  • Abide by company safety & quality processes and procedures
  • Other duties as requested by Management

  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to complete tasks
  • Strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude

  • Desire and willingness to assist other team members in the general day to day running of the department.
  • NV1 Security Clearance eligible preferred
