Your responsibilities will include participating in controls assurance and testing, maintaining our Risk and Compliance system, and updating our Risk and Obligations registers.You will report on Risk and Compliance metrics to our senior leadership team and Board, as well as notify relevant authorities of any breaches. Additionally, you will conduct data analysis to identify trends across relevant data.You will also assist in the planning, development, and delivery of Risk and Compliance training within the organisation. Staying informed about regulatory changes is essential to your role.Your storyYou will have prior experience in Risk and Compliance within a financial, banking, or insurance firm. This background will provide you with a strong understanding of Risk and Compliance principles, particularly APRA requirements (specifically CPS230 and CPS234).Your previous role/s would have seen you involved in controls testing and other assurance activities. Additionally, you would have developed strong skills in Excel and report writing.You’ll be degree qualified, ideally in Business, Audit or Law.
