You’ll oversee every phase, from the development, creation and approval of our policies, standards, and procedures to their communication, retirement, and ongoing maintenance.You will also develop a policy governance framework and drive its implementation across StateCover, whilst ensuring all new and revised policies align with this framework and adhere to legislation, regulatory standards, norms, and other requirements. In addition, you’ll contribute to the development of reports, documents, briefings, and surveys related to company governance.Importantly this role will require you to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including 1-on-1 with senior leaders and policy owners and partner with our Risk & Compliance team and the Company Secretariat to ensure robust audit management. Your storyYou will have prior experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in designing and implementing policy governance frameworks. The opportunity
