Girton Grammar School is seeking a motivated HR Coordinator to join our team and play a vital role in supporting our staff and school. Working across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This generalist role involves a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hires.
- Managing compliance and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Preparing correspondence and assisting with HR documentation.
- Ensuring timely and accurate HR administration throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Collaborating with the HR team and school community to foster a positive workplace environment.
Key Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Business Administration, or similar).
- 6 months to 3 years of entry-level HR experience, particularly in administration.
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with HRIS software.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving.
