There will be many more exciting and innovative things to do.Monitor, conduct and coordinate operational safety activities such as incident investigations, safety inductions, Safe Work Procedures and Verification of Competency training, monthly safety hazard inspections and system audits. Continued risk assessment and monitoring of hazard reporting with the implementation of risk control measures as necessary. Maintain and update health and safety documentation, including safety newsletters, safety alerts, environment and hazard risk registers. Coordinate emergency response planning and drills to ensure all personnel are trained to respond effectively in critical situations.  Conduct investigations into incidents and injuries; identifying and implementing corrective actions. Guide and support the WHS&E Committee in addressing workplace safety issues, driving improvements and communicating consultatively with all personnel.   Advising on WHS&E risks during a test readiness review where requested.  Mandatory Qualifications, Skills and Experience:Cert IV in WHS&E or equivalent knowledge and experience Current full driver’s license Excellent communication and relationship management skills Strong problem solving and mechanical reasoning with a commitment to positively influencing a dynamic and fast paced work environment.
