Whether you’re a parent or guardian, former student, or member of the wider community, your contribution will enrich the lives of our students and strengthen our vibrant school community.About the RoleOur volunteers support a range of activities and events across the School. Registered volunteers are notified of opportunities throughout the year and can choose activities that align with their availability and circumstances.When you register, you can select one or more areas of interest, including:Community Event Support - Assist with event setup and pack-down, welcome guests, run stalls, or provide general help at school community and PFA-supported events. Food and Hospitality Support – Preparing and serving food and drinks at school events, including pre-show refreshments.Classroom and Learning Support (Incl excursions) – Supporting classroom activities, school excursions, or reading programs.Career Mentoring and Guest Speaking – Sharing your professional expertise through career talks, mentoring, or workshops.Arts and Performance Support – Assisting with school productions (e.g., make-up, props, costumes), concerts, or art displays.Sport and Co-curricular Support – Supporting sports events, training sessions, or other school programs.Second Hand Uniform and Book Sales – Helping organise and run secondhand uniform and book sales.Gardening and Grounds Support – Helping maintain and improve school gardens and outdoor areas.Office and Administrative Support – Assisting with office tasks, mailouts, or other administrative duties.Parents & Friends Association – Assisting with running the Association, being a Class/Year Rep or on the Committee.Fundraising Support – Supporting fundraising activities and events.What We OfferA warm, inclusive school communityFlexible opportunities to match your interests and availabilityThe chance to make a meaningful impactRequirementsTo ensure the safety and wellbeing of our students, volunteers must:Hold a valid Working with Children Check (some activities may also require a National Police Check).  Don’t have a WWCC or can’t locate your copy?
