What’s the role on offer?
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Crew Resource Planner to join our Brisbane-based team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of flight crew and cabin crew roster production, ensuring compliance, fairness, crew satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
You’ll play a key role in managing annual leave planning, coordinating training requirements, and ensuring our crew resources are allocated efficiently across the network. This role involves close collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders to ensure our operational plans run smoothly and efficiently.

- Have experience working in airline crew planning, resource coordination, or operations control
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and are able to manage competing deadlines
- Are confident using airline crew management systems and Excel for scheduling and analysis
- Have excellent communication skills and can liaise effectively with internal stakeholders
- Bring strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Understand the importance of balancing crew welfare, industrial agreements, and operational requirements
What do you need to succeed?
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in airline operations, crew planning, or resource management
- Familiarity with industrial agreements and aviation regulations relating to crew management
- Knowledge of Crew Management Systems and airline operational software
- A strong understanding of fatigue risk management systems (FRMS) and scheduling requirements
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a small, high-performing team
