In this role you’ll work closely with our Continuous Improvement Manager, Learning and Development Manager, and Claims Leadership Team to identify opportunities for growth and develop practical solutions that enhance our case management practices and improve claim outcomes.This role is dedicated to enhancing the skills of our Case Managers. The opportunity
