From there the role will develop an effective operating rhythm in managing our policies, procedures and knowledge artifacts. This will include coordinating every phase, from the development and approval of our policies, standards, and procedures to their communication, ongoing maintenance and retirementThis is a hands-on role, where you will be required to work collaboratively with stakeholders, including 1-on-1 with policy owners in creating applicable and usable material as well as ensuring it delivers on regulatory requirements and expectations. Your storyYou will have prior experience in a similar position, with a proven track record in managing policy and organisational documentation. You see yourself as a business partner and are a strong collaborator and can easily engage with people across all levels of the organisation. You possess a strong aptitude for verbal reasoning and excellent communication skills, demonstrated through your ability to effectively tailor your style and messaging to suit different audiences. You have strong business acumen and are a genuine people person, appreciating how people think, learn and take in information.
