The opportunityThe Return to Work Specialist plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive return to work services to NSW local government clients, focusing on enhancing organisational capability and improving performance outcomes for injured workers. The RTW Specialist delivers services which are strategically targeted to improve our Members’ workplace risk profile, their capability and achieve enhanced RTW outcomes. You will monitor Member performance to understand key gaps and offer thoughtful and actionable recommendations.If you are skilled at building rapport and stakeholder relationships, are a confident communicator and presenter, excited by the idea of providing expert advisory services to Members on best practice RTW strategies and enjoy in person visits to meet Members, please get in touch. This role is required to be based in one of our office locations. The locations available are Sydney, Ballina, or Wagga Wagga. About youYou will have an allied health qualification or extensive experience with injury management and return to work, demonstrated by a solid understanding of the applicable NSW workers compensation legislation and associated regulations.  An excellent communicator with proven presentation and facilitation skills, you can effectively tailor your communication to suit different audiences.
