Position Overview:
The Maintenance Supervisor is a critical member of the Professional and
Operational Team. The role is primarily responsible for:
- the daily oversight of the Grounds and Maintenance Team
- daily management of the School Fleet
- daily oversight of the preventative maintenance and contractors

Experience:
- Experience in working in an organisation with varied facilities and maintenance requirements.
- Experience in working both independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Work Health and Safety Act and Risk Management principles.
- Sound knowledge of a broad range of maintenance tasks.
Desirable:
- Trade Qualification and/or background
- HR Driving License with driver accreditation
- Previous experience in educational setting
Essential Criteria:
- NSW Working with Children Check
- National Criminal History Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes)
- Be committed to our school values and proactively contribute to our team.
