Your Opportunity

As the face of NEPEAN Conveyors’ Belting Services team in Central West NSW, you will lead the delivery of high-quality conveyor belt services across your designated area. Key Responsibilities

Workplace Health & Safety (WHSE):

  • Operate within NEPEAN’s WHSE guidelines and systems

  • Monitor and ensure a safe working environment for your direct reports

  • Report hazards, near misses, and incidents and take corrective action where safe

  • Use WHSE tools to manage personnel health and safety

Site Services – External:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers in your area

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Certificate III in Polymer Processing Trade (minimum 5 years post-trade experience)

  • Underground black coal experience (minimum 5 years)

  • Full Class C driver’s licence

  • Strong skills in MS Office, CRM systems, and PRONTO ERP

  • Experience managing teams and coordinating operational activities
