You're a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves, whether that's delivering digital campaigns, managing events, or creating compelling content. Ideally, you'll have experience in insurance or local government sectors.You're an expert communicator who genuinely enjoys developing others' skills and confidence. You set clear frameworks then trust people to work within them, blending coaching with strategic delivery. With strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, you value partnership over control and promote collaborative relationships. Your advanced digital and content management expertise, combined with excellent project and event management capabilities, means you can juggle multiple priorities while staying highly organised. The Role
