About the role
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Student Services Assistant to join us on an ongoing full-time basis. The Student Services Assistant works as part of a team assisting the smooth and efficient administration of the College, providing Student Services reception duties and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Professional first point of contact for students and parents
- Student attendance, pre-service teacher placement coordination, stationery administration
- College functions and events coordination and organising
- Responsible for student recordkeeping and maintain confidentiality
- School administration duties including student services, communication and correspondence
Flexibility, initiative and collegiality are intrinsic to this role.
The incumbent is expected to support the vision and goals of the College as a learning community and to commit to ongoing professional development and learning.

Child Safeguarding Compliance
