About the role
We are looking for caring and reliable Domestic Assistance Support Workers to support older people living independently in their own homes.
In this role, you will focus on helping clients maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment, enabling them to live independently and with dignity. This is a non-personal care role, centred on practical household support. Shifts are available during weekdays, based on client needs.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with general household cleaning (vacuuming, mopping, dusting)
- Laundry and linen changes
- Dishwashing and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
- Light meal preparation
- Observing and reporting any changes in a client’s wellbeing
- Following service plans and completing basic documentation
- Travelling between client homes within your local area including Hurstville, Miranda, Bayside, Mortdale, Riverwood, Illawaong and surrounding suburbs.

Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
