This isn’t a desk bound HR role. You’ll be embedded in the action, partnering with leaders, supporting our teams on the ground, and influencing key moments across the entire employee lifecycle.

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go to HR Advisor for our operational teams, bringing clarity, confidence, and a people first mindset to everything you touch. Your work will include:
- Interpreting Modern Awards with accuracy and giving managers practical, confident guidance
- Delivering engagement initiatives and Reward & Recognition programs that celebrate our people
- Coordinating our annual Performance Review & Development process to support capability and growth
- Owning end to end recruitment for operational roles and supporting government programs for overseas workers
- Leading site induction and setting new starters up for success from day one
- Keeping our policies and procedures sharp, compliant, and future focused
- Ensuring strong HR governance across Chris21, TMS, and internal systems

Who You Are
You’re not just an HR generalist. You’re a doer, a partner, and a problem solver.
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Bring minimum 2 - 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
- Hold tertiary HR qualifications or equivalent
- Have strong working knowledge of the Fair Work Act, employment legislation and Modern Awards
- Communicate with confidence and build trust at all levels of the workforce
- Are proficient in Microsoft applications
- Have experience in manufacturing/FMCG and exposure to payroll systems (highly desirable)
Above all, you’re proactive, adaptable, and energised by hands on HR in a dynamic environment.
