Role Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Campaign Manager to lead the promotion and growth of RFBI across our communities. This role is suited to a driven professional who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, while ensuring brand integrity and meaningful engagement with older Australians and their families. You will lead and support the Marketing Designer as a direct report, while working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer to align on strategy, priorities, and overall brand direction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver campaigns, events and local marketing activities to promote services.
- Build and manage a pipeline of quality leads to support occupancy and growth targets.
- Ensure all leads are captured accurately with Salesforce CRM
- Use lead information to evaluate campaign performance, identify consumer insights and inform future marketing investment
- Manage the RFBI brand, ensure guidelines are followed, and create/update marketing materials, images, videos, and promotional items.
- Manage suite of marketing resources, collateral and promotional material
- Follow policies and regulations, maintain accurate records, report on outcomes, and work collaboratively while upholding RFBI values.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years’ experience delivering successful marketing campaigns
- Strong experience in content development, campaign management, and using insights to inform strategy
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage and influence across teams
- Highly analytical and strategic thinker, capable of translating data into actionable marketing plans
- Demonstrated project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on building collaborative relationships
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver’s Licence and Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
