About the role
Join the Northcott’s Sales team as a Sales Development Partner on a 6-month fixed -term contract until 6th Nov 2026. In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, from enquiry through to sign-up, develop new business opportunities, and work closely with local teams to deliver strong customer engagement and community presence.
As a Sales Development Partner, you will:
- Promote Northcott, generate demand for services, and acquire new customers in your region.
- Implement the Sales Strategy to achieve customer targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the growth of Northcott’s services and reach.
- Work collaboratively with local Operations and Engagement teams.
- Build awareness of Northcott’s and strengthen its reputation in the local community.
- Support the achievement of customer and occupancy targets.
- Maintain a structured, consistent, and efficient approach to sales activity.
- Ensure customers are engaged, supported, and able to live the life they choose.

Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of the disability sector, NDIS, and disability housing.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets in a service environment.
- Experience in identifying and developing new customer opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Highly organised, adaptable, and effective problem-solver in changing environments.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Driven, resilient, and target-focused with a competitive mindset.
- Formal qualifications in business or sales training/certification (desirable).
