What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Diploma of Counselling or Mental Health with 2+ years’ counselling experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering culturally safe, trauma-informed care

Desirable:

  • Tertiary qualification in psychology, counselling, social work, or related field
  • Experience supporting individuals and families with complex trauma

Screening Requirements

  • Victorian Driver’s Licence
  • Working with Children Check
  • National Police Check (arranged by MDAS)
