THE ROLE:
As an Organiser you will work closely with members and workplace leaders to develop and implement plans to create change.
You will inspire and empower others to take on leadership roles and provide a development pathway to achieve results.
You will use your conversation skills to recruit new members to our Union and support Delegates in various scenarios including negotiations with employers.
We are looking for an interesting, independent thinker who want to make a difference.

This is a fixed-term position until 1st December 2028 (with potential for permanency)
