Working collaboratively with College leadership, you will play a significant role in establishing Living Waters Lutheran College as a leading educational destination for sailing development and excellence. About the RoleThe Director of Sailing will provide strategic leadership, teaching and coaching across a range of sailing disciplines and performance pathways. Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education or equivalent recognised qualification, or qualifications and experience deemed appropriate by the College.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid and CPR qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current boat licence (or willingness to obtain).
  • Demonstrated experience in sailing instruction and coaching. 
Highly Regarded
  • Australian Sailing Instructor qualification.
  • Australian Sailing Coach qualification.
  • Team racing experience.
  • Marine Studies, Outdoor Education or VET experience.
  • A personal Christian faith.
