Database Assistant

- Salary Range: $80,911 to $85,180 per annum plus Super
We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive person with experience and skills in working with databases and CRM software to join our Communications and Engagement team.
Our ideal applicant will have experience working with databases, EMS, and/or CRM software, and a strong desire to learn and understand new and unique systems. They will understand the importance of teamwork and customer service, and have a talent for problem-solving and troubleshooting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This role will suit someone with excellent attention to detail, strong verbal and written communication skills, and well-developed organisational skills.

The Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining accurate records in our membership database and contributing to and working in a team.
Applicants should submit their CV, together with a cover letter of not more than 2 pages, address their suitability for the role considering the following essential criteria:
- Familiarity with Database Management Systems (DBMS) and an understanding of their place in broader records management and ICT systems
- Word processing and database skills with an ability to broaden computing experience with other packages. Including the ability to review and verify data.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with attention to fine detail and an ability to identify anomalies.
- Strong verbal and interpersonal skills, including confidence making member-contact calls to verify details and confirm membership preferences.
- Strong time management, organisational and work prioritisation skills.
With attitude and ability to work in a team environment to be addressed in interview.
