Professional Development and Events Coordinator
ASBA Limited is seeking a highly organised and proactive Professional Development and Events Coordinator (part-time) to lead the operational delivery of our professional learning programs, webinars, events, and continuing professional development (CPD) activities.
This is a key role within the organisation, responsible for ensuring a high-quality experience for participants, presenters, members, and stakeholders across ASBA's growing portfolio of professional development initiatives.
About the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate the day-to-day delivery of ASBA's professional learning and events program, supporting members and education professionals throughout their learning journey.
You will work closely with presenters, facilitators, members, and organisational partners to ensure programs are professionally delivered, well supported, and aligned with ASBA's commitment to excellence in professional development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating ASBA's webinar and online learning program.
- Managing registrations, participant communications, and attendance records.
- Liaising with presenters, speakers, and facilitators.
- Supporting the delivery of leadership, professional learning, and member engagement programs.
- Managing CPD administration, certification, and compliance records.
- Maintaining learning platforms, resources, and recorded content.
- Providing participant support and ensuring a positive learning experience.
- Assisting with Chapter, Branch, and national events.
- Supporting continuous improvement across ASBA's professional development offerings.
You are an organised and service-focused professional who enjoys coordinating events, supporting learners, and ensuring programs run smoothly from planning through to completion.
You will bring:
- Experience coordinating professional development programs, webinars, events, training activities, or similar initiatives.
- Strong administration, scheduling, and organisational skills.
- Experience managing registrations, participant communications, and stakeholder relationships.
- Confidence working with webinar platforms, learning management systems, and online technologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- A positive, solutions-focused approach and commitment to delivering excellent participant experiences.
