About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality educational programs that inspire children's curiosity, creativity, and lifelong love of learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

  • Foster a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment

  • Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development

  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Collaborate with educators to deliver high-quality education and care

  • Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the centre

  • Promote children's wellbeing, learning, and development through meaningful interactions

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

  • Current Child Protection training/certificate

  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • A genuine passion for delivering high-quality education and care

  • Preferably 2+ years’ experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
