To be considered for this role, you’ll need:

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing (or equivalent experience)
  • A minimum of 3+ years’ post registration nursing experience in Aged Care and Mental Health setting
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of Mental Health Commission requirements, Aged Care Standards and other relevant legislation and regulatory requirements
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking and decision making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to educate, coach and support others
