Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalised care tailored to each Service User’s unique needs
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and community access
  • Provide transport and support with shopping and appointments
  • Deliver domestic assistance such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and general household tasks
  • Build warm, trusting relationships that promote independence and wellbeing

What You Bring

  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or Higher
  • Previous experience in home care or a related field (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for individuals with diverse needs
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and a vehicle suitable for travel up to 40 minutes
  • Flexibility to meet the varying needs of Service Users

  • Working with Children’s Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Current Driver’s Licence and reliable car
