What You'll Be Doing
  • Rigging for heavy lift and transport operations during shutdowns
  • Slinging, signalling and positioning loads to approved lift plans
  • Supporting crane, transport and hydraulic equipment operations
  • Inspecting rigging gear and completing pre-starts and JSAs
  • Working as part of a tight crew to deliver work safely and on schedule
What You'll Need
  • RI (Rigger Intermediate) or RA (Rigger Advance)  High Risk Work Licence
  • Proven rigging experience in mining with a minimum of 2 consecutive years.
  • Basic hydraulics and mechanical knowledge
  • Current Working at Heights
  • Construction White Card
  • Unrestricted Australian work rights
  • Strong communication skills and situational awareness
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen
