Your Role:
As an Administration Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our business. Your responsibilities will include:
- General administration tasks (mail, scanning, client records, etc.)
- Managing calls and client inquiries professionally
- Booking and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinating office supplies and presentation
- Liaising with the ATO and ASIC for client-related processes
- Supporting events, activities, and business practices
- Assisting with writing administration processes
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven administration and customer service experience in accounting or professional services
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
