Data Action is an Adelaide based technology services organisation providing both software solutions and hosted services to clients across Australia. We’re experiencing a period of growth and we are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team. Our Analysts have a wide variety of responsibilities, including:
- Supporting our customers in their use of our wide range of products and solutions, including Internet Banking, Mobile applications, and web API’s
- Deployment and coordination of application upgrades
- Project work, including delivery of major new features to production
We’re looking for candidates who love technology, passionate about providing a great experience for our customers and have the potential to thrive in a complex enterprise environment. To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:
- Previous IT application support experience
- Sound understanding of web technologies, including MS IIS, HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical ability
A definite advantage would be:
- Degree or tertiary qualification in Computer Science or related field
- Strong SQL / stored procedure skills
- Familiarity with the SDLC (Note this is not a development role and only candidates with demonstrated application support experience will be considered)
