We are looking for a new Application Support Analyst to join our team. Our analysts have a wide variety of responsibilities, including:

  • Supporting our customers to use our wide range of products and customised solutions and providing level 2/3 support as required
  • Carefully analysing customer requests to provide them the solution that best fits their needs
  • Understanding application changes and ensuring that they are appropriately delivered into Production
  • Taking ownership of departmental mini-projects

To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:

  • Application support experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple interfacing systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Above average general IT knowledge
  • A passion for problem solving and strong analytical availability
  • The willingness to participate in a 24/7 on call and upgrade roster

A definite advantage would be:
