We are looking for a mature minded Bookkeeper who is looking for a stable and long-term opportunity.

This is a long-standing company in the property industry that has been operating for over 40 years. They are now looking for an experienced Bookkeeper who ideally has some property experience or knowledge. The role would suit someone who is at the later end of their career who is looking for a friendly and stable workplace.

The Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform month-end reconciliations, including bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations etc.
  • Cash management and Debt management (account payables and receivables)
  • General Bookkeeping duties
  • Work with MYOB and TRAILD
  • Some basic commercial property management duties
  • Accounts management of commercial property management program Progenisis (training will be provided)

The Applicant

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Bookkeeping
  • Experience and knowledge with MYOB is essential for this role
