Business Development Account Coordinator

Summary:
The Business Development Account Coordinator is a critical member of our Business Development team. You will support relationship management with our existing customers and make sure their needs are communicated to the execution teams. Customers may include other licensed producers as well as provincial distributors such as the OCS and AGLC. In addition, a key responsibility will be the administration of various contracts and workflow documents.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for the Business Development team
- Provide excellent customer service
- Communicate effectively and professionally through all channels
- Sustain and expand strong customer relationships
- Collaborate with departments regarding product roll-outs
- Check in with customers and provide updates to the Business Development Team
- Liaise with provincial distributors and customers
Skills and Experience:
- University degree in business or similar field
- 3+ years in business operations and administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and document management
- Ability to work in intense and ambiguous work environment
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining CRM
- Account management or sales experience is an asset
- Experience in CPG, alcohol, or technology industries is an asset
