  • Identify new service offerings, business lines, technologies and segments that present opportunities for company growth
  • Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities that enable the company to expand its offerings and create incremental value for clients and shareholders.

Experience and Skills:

  • At least 5 years experience in a business development or senior sales role involving strategic marketing, relationship building with cannabis clients, contract negotiation and account management
  • Bachelor of Arts, Science or Business Administration is required
  • Specialist within cannabis sector – major companies, business models, stakeholders, regulatory environment and products
  • Understanding of analytical technologies and methods used in pharmaceutical and/or health product particularly high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC)
  • Proven business development expertise within the cannabis industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain relationships with clients, partners, stakeholders and colleagues
  • Experience in building and developing successful sales development teams
