What you’ll do

The Change Portfolio Manager provides enterprise-wide leadership for change governance, prioritisation and program delivery across CHL. Reporting to the Chief Systems Officer, the role will:

  • Oversee the planning, scheduling and integration of programs, projects and initiatives, including milestones, dependencies and sequencing
  • Lead the prioritisation of competing strategic and operational demands, using evidence-based decision-making frameworks
  • Maintain an enterprise-wide view of change activity, monitoring cumulative impacts, risks and capacity constraints
  • Implement systems and processes to track delivery, performance, risks and interdependencies across a complex portfolio of work
  • Provide strategic reporting and insights to the Executive and Senior Leadership on progress, risks and change impacts
  • Design and implement fit-for-purpose change management strategies to support adoption and sustain outcomes
  • Support senior leaders to embed effective sponsorship and accountability for change initiatives
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communication and organisational readiness activities to ensure successful delivery
  • Build enterprise change capability, developing frameworks, tools, roles and competencies to mature change practices across CHL

What You’ll Bring

  • Relevant qualifications or training in program, portfolio or change management
  • Demonstrated experience delivering complex change and business improvement initiatives in large or complex organisational environment
  • Proven experience managing project and portfolio delivery and change implementation
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies, governance and organisational readiness
  • Experience aligning projects and initiatives to organisational strategy
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and executive communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical and complex information into clear, business-ready messaging
  • Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills
