Take charge of this office and work closely with the whole team to enhance the business strategy, growth and client relations. 

Further Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support all business functions, primarily the accounting teams so they can optimise their efficiency and productivity
  • Corporate Secretarial support, including managing incorporations, establishments and registrations
  • Preparing tax documentation and letters for clients
  • ATO lodgement management and liaising with ASIC
  • Staff amenities, stationery and reception relief when required
  • New staff inductions, travel and accommodation arrangements for staff attending conferences etc.
  • Client services and stakeholder management
  • Play a key role in promoting the team & business culture of fun, vibrancy, and support

The Applicant

  • 2+ years’ experience in administration
  • Some admin experience within public practice is preferred for this role
  • Be tech savvy and have an interest in systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of tax compliance, rules, laws, and regulations would be beneficial
