You will be working in a hybrid capacity from regulatory ad-hoc tasks to supporting the ERP implementation process from a regulatory standpoint. Customer Master Data Analyst

Summary:

Reporting to the Manager of Licensing and Compliance, you will maintain the Customer Master Data for the regulatory function, specializing in the newly implemented SAP system. Responsibilities:

  • Act as the gatekeeper for Customer Master Data additions and/or archiving and ensure that regulatory standards are met when making any changes
  • Ensure quality of master data in key systems, as well as, development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance and data integrity
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and data stewards to define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the enterprise data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information science or data management related
  • 3-4 years of data management and analysis in a regulatory capacity is an asset
  • Strong compliance/regulatory background ensuring that policies and standards are maintained
  • Experience in SAP ERP system: change, analyze, optimize, and Document Master Data
  • Knowledge of domestic and international regulatory and GMP requirements preferred
  • High level of competency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills while working with cross functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills
