Relationships Australia Queensland is seeking a Data & Reporting Lead to join our dynamic ICT team at our Eight Mile Plains office. Reporting directly to the General Manager for ICT and forming a key part of our Support Services, this pivotal role will champion the delivery of robust data management, advanced analytics, and insightful reporting solutions that empower our organisation to strengthen relationships and support diverse communities across Queensland. In this role, you will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning within the Data & Reporting team. You will encourage the exploration of new technologies and data-driven solutions, while collaborating closely with IT and other departments to embed robust data strategies and innovative practices across the organisation. Additionally, you will: Oversee the development and maintenance of advanced dashboards, analytics tools, and reporting solutions to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations throughout the data lifecycle. Lead, mentor, and develop the Data & Reporting team, promoting collaboration, continuous improvement, and a data-driven mindset across the organisation. Collaborate with ICT teams to safeguard sensitive information and maintain robust data security. Manage stakeholder relationships, understanding reporting needs, and providing timely, accurate, and relevant reports to support strategic and operational decisions. Drive process improvements and automation to streamline data collection, reporting, and analytics workflows. About you  To be successful in this position, you will be a dynamic and innovative leader with a passion for data, analytics, and reporting.
