    What You'll Need to Succeed: 

    To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate:

    • Digital application support experience in complex enterprise environments with multiple interfacing systems
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong SQL skills
    • A passion for problem solving and strong analytical ability
    • A self-driven approach to learning new technologies, applications, and processes
    • The willingness to participate in a 24/7 on call and upgrade roster

    A definite advantage would be:

    • Familiarity with programming concepts and the ability to read code (Note this is not a development role and only candidates with demonstrated application support experience will be considered)
    • AWS experience
    • Dev Ops experience
    • Experience of working in a cross-functional team
    • Experience in understanding customer business requirements and analysing accordingly
    • Familiarity with the SDLC 
    • Degree or tertiary qualification in a relevant field
