We are open to 4-12 month co-op work terms. Responsibilities:Work closely with PMO group, Facility, Manufacturing Operators, Validation, Quality, Procurement, and consultants evaluating production systems, layouts and packaging processes in order to implement new processes and improvements focusing on Safety, Quality and ProductivityFollow change control procedures for implementing new or changes to equipment, facility, and processesWrite various technical reports, i.e. batch records, SOPs, change controls, and deviation reportsInterpret various manuals, collating relevant material and producing in format as requiredSupport execution of equipment, building and business development projectsDefine project scope, goals and deliverables and gain acceptance from stakeholders and executive teamDefine tasks, resources and collaborate with internal and external vendors/consultantsWork in a team approach environment to problem solvingCreate, manage, and monitor project plan ensuring responsibilities and timelines are communicated with relevant stakeholdersMaintain and monitor project schedules on a weekly basis, escalating any potential issuesEnsure all code compliance is obtained to support the projectProvide regular updates to management team regarding project timelines and additional information as requiredEnsure that all work is performed in full compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s), SOP’s, and in accordance with established regulatory and safety standardSkills and Experience:Engineering student in third or fourth work term.   • Maintain and monitor project schedules on a weekly basis, escalating any potential issues
  • Ensure all code compliance is obtained to support the project
  • Provide regular updates to management team regarding project timelines and additional information as required

Skills and Experience:

  • Engineering student in third or fourth work term. Demonstrated Pharmaceutical or Bio interest is an asset.
