
Finance Officer – Entry Level
Clarity Health Care is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance Officer to join our supportive finance team.
This part-time, entry-level role is well-suited to someone in their final year of study or returning to the workforce, looking to build or re-establish their career in finance.
You will assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting accurate and efficient financial processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.

Service Overview
Clarity Health Care is an accredited mental health service delivering a multidisciplinary, responsive program offering care to people with any form of mental health concern or mental illness. Our mental health programs offer psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, social workers and registered nurses. More important than discipline, is the individual skill of the senior mental health clinicians we employ. Evidence-based care is delivered through outreach services, clinic-based appointments, telehealth and group programs, based on clinical reasoning and need. Due to the design of the workforce at Clarity, collaboration and continuity of care is core to the delivery of the treatment, with the recovery model and bio-psycho-social model being the grounding principles of all care.
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Regular Bank reconciliation (including credit card reconciliation)
- BAS
- Tracking super for contractors, paying super for employees
- Contractor invoices
- Weekly and monthly occupancy reports
- Programme Reporting, Invoicing and Reconciliation
- Inbox monitoring
About you
- Experience with Xero (Basic)
- Experience with Halaxy (not essential)
- Reliable and committed with a willingness to learn
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
