Summary:

Working with the Manager of Financial Reporting and Senior Analyst, Financial Projects, the Financial Analyst will assist in the build up of the financial reporting function and other financial projects as needed. Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
  • Big 4, newly designated CPA is strongly preferred
  • 1 - 3 years of experience, preferably with a publicly traded global organization, public accounting firm, or management consulting
  • Experience with IFRS and internal controls at publicly traded organizations Experience with and preference for a fast-growing and evolving environment
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and analytical reporting tools
  • Experience implementing ERP systems for management reporting would be an asset
  • Competent in providing financial and analytical support to those outside the Finance function
  • Strong business acumen, strategic mindset and ability to gain a deep understanding of total business operations
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
  • Manufacturing experience considered an asset
