There will be many more exciting and innovative things to do:Develop and/or maintain software tools required to perform Risk Hazard Analyses.Implement and maintain flight safety methodologies, models, and algorithms within RHA toolchains.Set-up, manage, and optimise computational hardware resources needed to support RHA simulations (servers, clusters, high-performance workstations, cloud resources).Conduct testing, verification, and qualification activities to ensure acceptance of RHA software tools.Maintain documentation, version control, and configuration management standards for RHA tools.Collaborate with Flight Safety Engineers to ensure tools meet analytical needs.Other duties as requested by Management.Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or another relevant discipline.Strong mathematical background (modelling, probability, statistics, or numerical methods).Proficiency in Python for tool development, simulation scripting, or automation.Proficiency in C++ for high-performance or safety-critical software development.Ability to work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.Strong commitment to software quality, maintainability, and documentation.Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience:We recognise you may not meet all of the below, but don’t let that deter you.
