The role offers an opportunity to provide efficient and effective support to the corporate office on day-to-day basis. As an Office Administrator/Receptionist, you will:Manage corporate office switchboard during business hours, greet visitors, and provide building inductions for new starters.Responsible for basic kitchen and office maintenance.Assist with administration duties including filing and mail distribution.Manage meeting room calendars, guest car parking and order catering.Liaise with suppliers and reconciliation of invoices.Organise stationery orders and process new business card requests.Assist with office communications and social events .Liaise with maintenance providers for office facilities.Any other ad hoc administrative overflow .About you:You will be the ‘go-to’ for all office enquiries. You must be self-motivated, have a willingness to help and have a sociable attitude. You will ideally have:Previous experience in Office Administration as well as front of house Reception.The right attitude and understanding that this is an important role when it comes to relaying the professionalism that goes with the Verbrec brand.The capacity to manage a variety of tasks with a flexible approach.
