Operations Support Administrator

With continued growth across our business, we're looking for an Operations Support Administrator to own the mobilisation, onboarding and compliance across several of our sites within the Bowen Basin. The role is based in our Brisbane Office and is perfect for someone who has site experience and looking for something closer to home.

The Role
As the Operations Support Administrator, you'll support the General Manager - Operations and site crew to ensure our workforce is compliant, organised and mobilised.
You Will
- Prepare and maintain site rosters in line with operational requirements
- Coordinate onboarding and mobilisation for new starters and existing employees
- Manage inductions, site access and mobilisation requirements
- Track training, licences and compliance requirements across the workforce
- Maintain accurate records across systems including training and onboarding data
- Liaise with supervisors, site teams and internal stakeholders to support workforce planning
- Organise travel, uniforms and site-ready requirements
- Run reports and provide updates to support operational decision-making
Support day-to-day operations with general administrative coordination
Must-haves:
- Previous experience in administration, operations or workforce coordination in mining or a similar industry
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator who can work across different teams and sites
- Strong computer skills across Microsoft Office and systems
- Able to work autonomously (you'll be supported by the wider team

- Experience with rostering or training / compliance systems
