About the Role
We're looking for an Operations Training Specialist who brings expert blasting know how and can turn complex processes into training that sticks for our people.

What You Bring
  • Willing to travel to our sites in Central Queensland regularly

  • 5+ years in explosives management and shotfiring.

  • TAE40122 or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – essential.

  • RII competencies for blasting and open-cut mining.

  • In depth understanding of the Resource Industry and Infrastructure Training packages and Competency Based Training methods. 

  • Knowledge and understanding of the Australian Qualification Framework (AQF).
