In this role, you will be responsible for:Setting up and ongoing administration of project records in integrated ERP systems, including project estimates, resource plans, and work tasks. Project invoicing in accordance with client specific requirements, within the monthly invoicing schedule.Invoice management ensuring payments are received in line with agreed payment terms.Reviewing and finalisation of project forecasts in line with the end of month reporting timeframes and requirements.Administration of project finalisation and close-out process.Project documentation management across numerous systems. Support of Project Managers in accurate project monitoring and control, understanding project costs, including outstanding commitments.We are AgileThis allows us to be light on our feet and progressive as we don’t get bogged down in bureaucracy.
