You will coordinate and drive HACCP and Quality system procedure development for all products, processes and materials.Role ResponsibilitiesMaintain accreditation, HACCP, BRCGS, Spotless and regulatory requirements. Liaise with external accrediting and regulatory bodies on behalf of Brownes Foods Operations.Primary contact in external audits. Report on all auditing activities. Co-ordinate, schedule and follow up on internal audit program. This includes internal and housekeeping audits at the Balcatta site.Maintain develop and improve Brownes quality system program. The Role

Requirements

  • Tertiary Qualification in Food Science/Technology
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Quality role preferably within FMCG.
