Our growing team of scientists, technicians, engineers and business professionals delivers quality and innovation through research, discipline, and forward thinking.Reporting to the ERP Project Manager, the SAP FICO Functional Consultant will be accountable for the design, implementation and support of GL/AP/AR/AA/Internal Orders/PC/CO-PA/Banks. This opportunity is based in the Barrie office and knowledge with Group Reporting will be an asset to support the global requirements of the company.Responsibilities:Participate in all project phases including requirement gathering, analysis, solution design, configuration, development, testing and supportWorking with Technical consultants (BASIS, Developers, Authorizations)Preform Greenfields as well as enhancements, upgrades and monthly releases (Design documents, Fit/Gap Analysis, Functional specifications and estimates)Conduct Training (KT to Super Users, classroom training, create user guides/quick ref/simulations/job aids)Conduct System Testing (SIT/UAT/Regression, prepare test scripts, use tools like JIRA)Conduct Data Migration (Migration cockpit, LSMW, Data Validation)Required Qualifications:Expert level knowledge and experience of FICOMust have Team Lead experience, managing a small team of 4-6 SAP professionalsAt least 4 full lifecycle project implementations and 10 years’ experience with SAP functional configuration and technical supportExperience with Chemicals/Pharma/Food and Beverages clients is an asset (especially Configuring Product Costing)Experience with S/4 HANA Cloud is an assetAbility to communicate effectively at all levels (describe and explain SAP concepts to business leads/Super Users)Ability to facilitate and lead workshops and process discussionsExcellent oral, written and communication skills (facilitation, presentation, documentation, and editing)Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) as well as SharePoint and VisioAbility to work under pressure and tight deadlineResults oriented mindsetExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to demonstrate initiative, good judgment and effective decision-makingMediPharm Labs is committed to providing accommodation for applicants with disabilities in its recruitment processes.
