The Role
As a leader, you will support, mentor and guide your teams in achieving results by building capability and fostering an inclusive, diverse culture conducive to growth and change. A big part of your role will see you engaging with internal and external stakeholders to manage partnerships and contribute to the broader goals of CHL.
Working closely with the state management team, you will champion excellent customer service and drive operational performance. You will ensure programs meet compliance and contractual requirements while also contributing to future planning and strategic direction.
We are seeking someone with passion, resilience, and strong leadership skills to lead NSW Operations as a high-performing, best-practice team.
About You
Essential Criteria:
- Qualifications in management, or related discipline.

Proven experience in staff management and leadership, including building and maintaining successful team environments, both onsite and remotely.
- Demonstrated ability to manage compliance with government contracts to achieve required outcomes.
- Awareness of and sensitivity to the needs of people who are in housing crisis and/or have special needs/disabilities and/or a thorough understanding of local Aboriginal issues, including social and historical context.
- Strong understanding of the causes of homelessness.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
Please note that satisfactory police check is required for all staff and those with client related responsibilities are required to provide a NDIS and Working with Children Check (WWCC).
