
Assistant Store Manager - Sydney City
We are seeking a hands-on and customer centric Assistant Store Manager to help drive the team based in our Marcs Sydney City Myer and David Jones Concessions, who has a passion for people, styling, visual merchandising and the Marcs brand!
Whilst assisting the Store Manager in leading the team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end store operations within the concession, customer service and loyalty sign ups, achieving sales budgets, visual merchandising, stock control, scheduling and reporting.
As the Assistant Store Manager this position requires a highly skilled sales expert who can continue to generate success for our Sydney City cluster. Previous experience managing a large portfolio of businesses is highly advantageous for this role. We are constantly growing as a brand and are after someone to join us in that growth and develop their retail career.
This is a Full-Time position and you will be required to work 38 hours per week from Sunday to Thursday.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 2 years' experience as in fashion retail;
- Management/Supervisor experience preferred but not mandatory;
- Excellent sales skills and previous experience exceeding store budgets/KPI's;
- Excellent communication and creative problem solving skills;
- Proven success in managing and growing a VIP customer base;
- Confidence delivering a first class service at all times to all customers;
- An abundance of energy, positivity and an ability to motivate others;
- A huge passion for fashion; and
- Love for our brand and be proud to be our key brand ambassador!
